• To confirm, schedule, and perform your detailing service.
• To respond to your inquiries and send appointment reminders.
• To send any offers you explicitly requested (such as the first-detail discount).

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share details as needed to provide your service (for example, with scheduling tools) or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep booking and lead records only as long as needed to provide our service and respond to follow-ups. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally.
