Terms & Cancellation Policy

Service overview

KD's Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing in Bend, Redmond & Sunriver, Oregon. All appointments are requests until confirmed by us by phone or text. Pricing shown on the site is a starting price; your final quote depends on vehicle size and condition.

No payment at booking

We do not collect payment online. Payment is due after your detail is completed, by cash or card directly with your detailer.

Scheduling & turnaround

We respond to booking requests within a few hours. Most details take between 1.5 and 4 hours on site, depending on the package and vehicle condition.

Rescheduling & cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel by phone or text at (541) 771-6051.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
• If weather or access prevents a mobile detail, we'll work with you to reschedule at no cost.

Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any part of your detail, let us know within 48 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.
